Overview
National Scouting Report is seeking motivated Area Scouts to represent NSR within assigned territories. Area Scouts serve as trusted advisors to student-athletes and families, helping them navigate the college recruiting process through evaluation, education, and enrollment into NSR programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate prospective student-athletes
- Conduct interviews with athletes and families
- Enroll qualified athletes into NSR programs
- Build relationships with schools, clubs, and local sports organizations
- Document recruiting activity accurately within NSR systems
Ideal Candidate
- Strong communicator with a consultative mindset
- Background in athletics, coaching, or sales preferred
- Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage a territory
- Passion for helping student-athletes reach the college level
